Brock Zupon in Iowa.
"I have been in Iowa before but always behind the camera. After sitting morning and night for 7 straight days dealing with the warm temps and the rain, I wasn't sure how this hunt would turn out. I saw bucks everyday but nothing big enough. Little did I know that my hunt was about to end on day 8. About 9 a.m. I noticed a huge 11 point buck dogging a doe.
LEXIE WIRTZ-ABIG'S FIRST BUCK. WHAT A BEGINNING!
Our next big hunter of our family. Lexie is our granddaughter, she is 12 years old and this was her first hunt. What a way to start! Sitting in grandfather's stand on Sunday afternoon with her stepfather, Justin, she saw it coming before he did and had her gun up and ready to go. What an awesome job young lady. We are so proud of you.
John Schimmels
Shot this nice buck on Saturday near a friends farm just east of Wausau. Beautiful evening and not expecting much and this bigboy walked in and I had to take him. My biggest deer so far! Thanks Jeff and family!
DO YOU HAVE A STORY TO TELL??
We invite you to tell your hunting story, for readers to enjoy. Contact us with a short story and picture of the mount you are having done here and we will post it.
Montana Aiuppy's First Buck (1 of many, I am sure)
Our first featured hunt on the new website is our granddaughter Montana Lynn Aiuppy. She is eleven years old and has a story to tell. Her story starts like most her age, No Patience! Montana and her dad went out this afternoon and got in the tree stand and did not have to wait very long, about 40 minutes into it, she saw the deer.
